Role summary
This company is currently looking for a talented and outgoing Events & Partnerships Assistant. This role involves assisting in the planning and execution of events and conferences for the company, as well as managing and collaborating with our partners.

Responsibilities
- Assist in organising large conferences and workshops.
- Collaborate with the social media team to plan event-related content.
- Qualify partners on sales calls and help grow the DTC Live community.
- Set up landing pages for events, manage Eventbrite invites, and handle the daily upkeep of leads/bookings.
- Communicate with event venues and manage booking forms and general communication.
- Source event equipment such as lanyards, banners, and name cards.
- Brief in creatives with design.
- Assist at events, sign people in, and ensure presentations run on time.
- Support the sales team in meeting targets for event attendance.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to set up paid ads driving traffic to events.
- Make necessary funnel or website changes.
- Track event success.
- Follow up with partners and merchants post-event with required content.
- Communicate with partners and sponsors, sending event info or post-event assets.
- Schedule calls with partners and learn about their tech stack.
- Qualify partners for their suitability for DTC Live.
