Role summary

We’re looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing UK team. In this first UK hire role, you’ll be responsible for full circle sales cycle, play a key part in building our sales pipeline, qualifying leads, and identifying growth opportunities. This is an ideal position for someone who has experience and interest in eCommerce & tech space and is willing to lead from the front with potential to build a team under them in the coming quarters. Working very closely with the Founder (also UK based) and with teams spread across different geographies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify, contact, and qualify prospective clients to drive sales and engagement.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline by researching, prospecting, and scheduling meetings with decision-makers.
  • Relationship Building: Act as the first point of contact, creating strong initial relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to optimise outreach strategies and align efforts.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM, tracking leads and engagement for future outreach.

What We’re Looking For

  • Drive & Ambition: Eager to build a career in sales, with aspirations to move into a leadership role.
  • Passion for eCommerce & Tech: Interest in eCommerce or desire to work in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to engage and influence clients.
  • Self-Starter: Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and keep accurate records.
  • Tech-Savvy: Interest in tech and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and LinkedIn.
