The founder, started this company after feeling let down by the skincare options available when she became a mother. As she navigated postpartum life, she found herself disconnected from her body and disappointed by the products she had relied on before. The limited options at the time were often full of chemicals and irritants, even those marketed as 'natural.'In 2019, she launched a range of natural, targeted body care to ensure all women have access to high-quality formulas at every stage of life. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Design marketing assets for digital platforms, including website banners, social media graphics, email campaigns, paid ads, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all design work aligns with the brand’s tone, voice, and visual identity.
  • Create engaging video content and motion graphics for advertising campaigns and social media platforms.
  • Assist in producing print collateral, such as product packaging, brochures, and event materials.
  • Ensure consistency across all design work, maintaining the brand’s aesthetic and following design best practices.
  • Stay updated on design trends in the beauty and skincare industry to keep visual content fresh and relevant.
  • Work within tight deadlines while managing multiple design projects simultaneously.
  • Contribute creative ideas to elevate the brand’s marketing efforts and engage our target audience.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within eCommerce, beauty, or fashion
  • Experience producing image & video creative ads for social media.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite & Canva.
  • Familiarity with Figma is a plus but not essential.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing and animation (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels like social media, web, and email marketing.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality, visually compelling work.
  • Ability to take feedback and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong time management skills for handling multiple design requests with tight deadlines.
  • A portfolio showcasing your design skills, including eCommerce or marketing-focused design work.
